What is it?

The Global Teacher Prize is an annual 1 million dollar award given to an exceptional teacher who has made an outstanding contribution to teaching.

Who can nominate?

Anyone can nominate a teacher for the prize.

A teacher must be currently teaching pupils aged between 5 and 18. Full judging criteria can be found on the Global Teacher Prize website.

How do I nominate?

You can use the online nomination form.

The deadline for nominations is 10th October 2015.
