What is it?

The Foundation gives away Community Awards of £5,000 and £25,000 for projects put forward by customers to improve their community.

Awards are made in the following categories:

• Active Living
• Community Groups
• Health, Disability and Social Care
• Lifelong Learning.

Previous awards have supported the renovation of school playgrounds and sports clubs, school libraries, learning spaces, sensory gardens and respite centres for children with disabilities.

How do we get involved?

Nominations must be made by a current OneFamily customer. They will need their policy number handy to be able to nominate.

A nomination can be made on the OneFamily website. You will need to register to access the application form. The information you provide in your application will form your project page. If your project is shortlisted, it will go to a public vote.

Nominations close at midday on 19th July 2017.
