A £50 million capital fund has been announced to expand the number of places at good or outstanding selective schools in England.

Am I eligible to apply?

Selective and partially selective schools that select according to general academic ability, subject to meeting the initial eligibility criteria, are welcome to apply. You can find full details of the eligibility criteria in the guidance notes, which are available to download.

This includes local authority maintained schools and academies.

You must be able to make a strong case for expansion.

How do I apply?

The deadline for applications is 12 noon on 19th July 2018.
