The British & Foreign School Society has launched a new programme dedicated to improving approaches to the educational attainment of looked after children and young carers in the UK.

They want to pilot novel approaches to improving educational attainment for these children which can be scaled up. You should be clear about the impact your project will make and how it will be measured. Partnership working is expected.

What will be funded?

Funding is available for project costs only, including staffing costs. The Society expects to see some matched funding available.

How do I apply?

There is an online application form which you should complete. Dates of the Grants Committee meetings are updated regularly on the Society’s website, so please check so you can time when to submit your application.
