Schools are invited to apply for a grant from the Local School Nature Grants Scheme, which is being administered by Learning through Landscapes.

What is available?

Successful schools will receive £500 to purchase nature equipment from the product catalogue on the Learning through Landscapes website. Products include growing kits and planters, den making kits, insect study centres, outdoor cooking equipment and wildlife kits.

Schools will also receive a two-hour training session.

Am I eligible to apply?

All infant, primary and secondary schools in England, Scotland and Wales are welcome to apply.

The scheme is looking for schools that are passionate about making environmental improvements for the benefit of pupils, staff and the community. Pupils and the community should be involved in the decision making for the activity.
